Booking Terms and Conditions

We thank you for your enquiry/booking with us and hope you enjoy your visit.

Diani Beachalets is a no frills budget, self catering style of accommodation. We endeavour to keep our prices low for you.

Our prices include: bedding, mosquito nets, fans, fridge, cooker, gas for cooking, and all cooking utensils. If booking is 7 days or more, the cottage will get clean bedding changed every 4 days.

What’s not included in the price.

Toiletries

Change of bed linen if on the 4th day.

Cooks may be hired – we do not employ the cooks but can contact them on your behalf and we are not responsible for their actions while working in your cottage.

Deposit

20% of booking or 1 night cost if booking is less than 5 nights. Deposit is non refundable payable to secure a booking.

Please note: we can only hold booking if deposit is paid.

We will advise on how to pay deposit.

Balance

Strictly payable on arrival in Kenyan shillings.

Photo ID required when booking in.
