Booking Terms and Conditions

We thank you for your enquiry/booking with us and hope you enjoy your visit.
Diani Beachalets offers a rustic no-frills self-catering accommodation at an affordable price. There are limited or no additional services such as daily housekeeping, food service, shop, restaurant or recreational facilities.

Check in time
Check in time is 2 pm. If the cottage is ready before that time we do allow earlier check in but there will be no check in before 8.30 a.m. Please note we are unable to facilitate very early arrivals up to 8.30 am. Please book extra night if you wish to arrive very early morning.

Office Hours
Office is open from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Closed for lunch 1-3pm. Please arrange to pay bills during office opening hours. Water may only be purchased during office opening hours.

Our prices include:
bedding, mosquito nets, towels, fans, fridge, cooker, gas for cooking, and all cooking utensils (extra utensils on request) and change of bed linen after every 3rd or 4th night with stays of 7 nights or over.

Toilet Rolls (will be on arrival)

Deposit
Deposit of 50% required to hold booking payable within 48 hours of booking.
Balance will be prior or on arrival
Cancellation policy on request

Services we provide
Cooks (price negotiable with cook)
Laundry ( price on request) Outside Company
Extra change of bed linen (price on request)
Booking of Taxi for SGR and airport transfers (no charge for booking)

Extra Charges
Extra cleaning after departure if cottage left in dirty condition
Loss or damages in cottage including soiling of mattresses.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged as extra night.

Please note we politely ask our guests to leave the cottage the way you found it.

Photo ID required when booking in.
